The KTM’s Duke 390 is expected to arrive in India by March 2013 and the motorcycle will be its second bike in India after its successful model Duke 200. Now Bajaj Auto’s Chakan is manufacturing bikes for KTM locally. The main difference between Duke 390 and Duke 200 is its engine and engine mounting. But visually, it looks similar to KTM’s Duke 200 and the frame is exactly the same, from the 43 mm upside-down forks up front to the 150-section tyre at the back. The graphics of the bike are also almost similar to the Duke 200. The seat height is actually lower and the tank does hold half a litre of fuel more than the Duke 200. The chassis design of the bike is similar to Duke 125. KTM Duke 390 comes with ABS as standard in European version but it will come optional on Indian Duke 390. Bajaj will try to launch it at less price, if it happens the bike will perform well in Indian market.

In 2011 Yamaha released the FZ8, the naked sportbike bridged the gap between the smaller FZ6R and the larger FZ1. The FZ8 was a true naked sportbike, having no fairings whatsoever (unlike the FZ6R and FZ1). For 2013, Yamaha has upgraded its FZ8, offering revised fuel injection settings, a more aggressive muffler, and fully adjustable front suspension (compression, rebound and preload) and rear suspension (compression and preload).
The FZ8′s 779cc liquid-cooled inline 4-cylinder, DOHC 16 valves of engine features components directly from the R1 and R6 sportbikes, including ceramic-composite-coated cylinders and forged aluminum pistons, fuel-injection with 35mm diameter throttle bodies has optimum intake efficiency and smooth throttle response, and wide-ratio 6-speed transmission has ideal ratios for the engine’s performance character.
For comfortable ridding the FZ8 used cast aluminum frame uses the engine as a stressed member and allows for optimal rigidity balance, light weight, and superb handling. Six engine-mounting points help provide superb longitudinal rigidity. Its an aggressive chassis geometry with supersport-inspired 51 percent front wheel weight bias. Provides light, nimble handling. Besides that the FZ8 also used 43mm inverted fork and a link-type Monocross shock with adjustable preload for light and neutral handling characteristics. And for reduce the speed this bike offer 310mm front discs, squeezed by monoblock four-piston calipers, and a single 267mm rear disc offer strong stopping power.
New feature for 2013 such as new muffler shape adds to visual appeal, dual-textured seat material to enhance visual appeal, rebound and compression damping adjustable on forks, allowing for adjustments catering to sport touring or urban assault, and FZ1-style instrument cluster features a great looking tachometer with a white face. Yamaha release the FZ8 in two color option, Matte Gray and Matte Black ($8,890).

In collaboration with Cadillac, Paul the Older and Paul the Younger each were given free reign to design and construct their own Cadillac CTS-V-inspired customized bike.
In the case of Paul Junior, hellos interpretation translated to a decreased piece of monstrosity with a metal black finish and the well-known use of chrome accents to move with the distinctive, albeit imposing modern-day appear. According to Junior, he wished to design the rear finish of the ebook to endure putting similarities to the rear of the automobile, even the utilization of the back lights from the CTS-V by using incorporating them into hellos work’s fender.
The two bikes will ultimately be auctioned off to benefit the Cure Duchenne charity. Seeing because the egos in the Teutel household never seem to run dry, a Discovery Channel ran a poll to peer which bike the basic public liked extra. To no one’s shock, Junior blew Pops out of the water, protecting a magnificent 96% - 4% aspect in fan approval.
